Copper Fit Review

What is Copper Fit?

Copper Fit is a essentially a copper infused compression sleeve that brings support and relief to elbows and knees. My first question when looking into Copper Fit was what in the heck was copper doing in compression sleeves? Well, it turns out that they make these sleeves with copper due to the metal’s ability to protect against stains, odor, and eventual deterioration. And if you have ever worn a knee brace for more than a week you’ll know what I mean about stinky!

What Makes Copper Fit A Good Buy?

  • Copper Fit provides support for muscle stiffness, soreness, and pain.
  • Copper Fit helps to reduce recovery time of muscles.
  • It supports improved circulation and oxygenation of working muscles.
  • It prevents strain and fatigue by keeping muscles warm.
  • It wicks sweat away from the body to prevent chafing and rashes.

This new commercial for the Copper Fit borrows heavily from the fitness infomercial playbook with lots of action shots and sweaty folk. It looks to have worked well as the spot is great!

As a Functional Movement Expert, I don’t agree with braces of any sort. Yes this may provide temporary relief, but this is actually the equivalent to a bandaid covering a fracture. You can train the body to eliminate the ROOT of the pain, at any level.. be it a beginner or an athlete. Without that training, athletes wouldn’t be doing anything you see with any injury. Training takes care of that, not a brace. Food for Thought.
