Perfect Slicer Review

What is the Perfect Slicer?

The Perfect Slicer is essentially an over sized fruit cutter that makes 12 wedges. Imagine if you took an apple slicing ring and made it grow by 3 or 4 times. It is designed to perfectly slice larger fruit such as watermelon and cantaloupe.

What Makes Perfect Slicer A Good Buy?

For me, the sheer size of the Perfect Slicer was the value. Apart from slicing fruit, my Perfect Slicer also now holds cake cutting duty as well!

Does Perfect Slicer Really Work?

The Perfect Slicer worked pretty well for us, although it did take a bit of practice to get some of the watermelons we tested with cut properly on the ends and to sit upright. Cantaloupe and pineapple both sliced nicely as well. For cake slicing, the Perfect Slicer did great with bundt cakes but we do not recommend trying to slice a regular cake. (We didn’t care for the circular core that was left over for those!)

Perfect Slicer Review: Our Conclusion

All in all, we liked the Perfect Slicer. It handled it’s primary job of slicing over sized fruit well and did a decent job with other slicing tasks. We definitely recommend this for anyone who loves fresh fruit, but hates taking a lot of time to prep and slice it!
