My mom has this cane. It seems to be more stable and easy to use than normal canes. I needed a cane for a few days when I got sick this summer. I liked it a lot better than other canes. It’s expensive, but it’s durable and, in my opinion, worth it.

I am so disappointed! I placed the order for this Hurricane for my mother two months ago. I have tried to contact someone, and only get a voice mail order line. I sent an email and have yet to hear from any one! My money was taken with no product. If anyone has a way for me to contact these people other than the means I have tried,please help. I feel terrible about the way I am not able to reach someone with a problem

Maybe I haven’t watched the commercial enough, but how does a pivoting base/head help give more stability? With the whole shaft of the cane being collapsible to a degree, how is it in any way safe? If you want a cane that “stands alone”, purchase a Quad cane. The size of the base on this cane is for patients/people with literally no assistance requirements (basically they could walk on their own). Also, the terrible posture of all the actors shows they are acting due to awful cane fitment
Melinda, do not buy this for your mother. No stability every came from a collapsible, pivoting cane.
